Best phone I can get with £200?

Used or new, I was thinking a used Xperia SP is pretty good? Or is there better? Thx

Used Nexus 4, Quad core, 2GB RAM, No bloatware so it's probably the smoothest Android phone out their (Except for the Nexus 5). You also get updates straight from google.
