Best time to buy laptop.

Hey guys! So I'm looking for a budget gaming laptop and have decided on the Lenevo Y50. My budget is 1300sgd, 1350sgd at most including shipping, which is around 1000 bucks. So I want the 16gb ram and nvida 860 4gb ddr5 version. I also have to ship it here to singapore, anyone know the price? So when is the best time to buy a laptop? Any1 with experience? I have read that april is the best. I would like to get it b4 May. Thx alot guys!

I haven't heard that there is a better time of year to buy a laptop. I have always gone with the idea of buying as much computer as I can afford, when I am making the purchase. Buying the best at the time will generally ensure that it will remain viable until I buy another one.
