With Links.

V-MODA Crossfade Wireless Over-Ear Headphone $151-$160 but they should come up on a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale since there is a newer version to replace them.

Sound quality clear and Accurate with strong but not overbearing Bass. High tend to roll off at the upper end which gives them a warm sound. These are made of metal so they are heavy but the design balances the weight out so you don't notice it. Earpads are a bit uncomfortable for some but I really didn't think they were to bad. There is a huge amount of customization options for these from V-Mode with XL ear pads and several cosmetic items to tailor how they look.

I do a lot of restoration work for a DJ in Chicago, he gets Headphones sent to him like junk mail so we pretty much get to pick out of box he brings out when I drop off whatever project I am working on.

Wireless please be more specific.

Base Station Wireless for indoor use
Bluetooth
Over the Ear " Big and Bulky"
On Ear " Smaller more compact"
Closed " Less outside noise bleed"
Open
Semi Open
For Travel and Sports
For Home use only

There is a broad spectrum of products depending on how you wish to use them at that price range.

-for indoor + outdoor use
semi open you can say
-noise cancellation + sound quality is topmost priority
-bluetooth range not a big issue
-form factor should be durable is second priority
-third priority should be the portability/ weight
p.s. more doubts are welcome..

From what I have played around with.

Bose SoundLink On-Ear- $180 but you can find refurbs under $150
ON Ear- One of the Holy grails for under $200 They are great in every way.

Plantronics Wireless Noise Cancelling Backbeat (Pro 2) New $185 "Refurbs around $120
They are a bit bulky but the sound is quite good and you can find them Refurb or returned in your budget range. Soundwise they are close to the $300 Bose QuietComfort 35 II .

AKG N60NC Wireless $140
On Ear- Closed design so if you have a big head or wear glasses they can get uncomfortable. Sounded close to the HD 4.50 but with less bass.

Sennheiser HD 4.50 $150
Over the Ear- A little bulky and Tight on the head at first but they loosen up as your wear them in. Treble in the 7k range could use a eq boost and the Bass can be overwhelming at times.

Jabra REVO $150
On ear- Lacks Noise Cancellation but the design manages to not need it. Headband can be a bit tight and the In app Eq and controls are good. These are pretty tough to break. I ended up giving these to my Daughter her head is smaller than mine.

Bose SoundSport Wireless $150
In Ear design "Sports" good sound and comfy, I jog with these every day.

BOHM B76 $99
Over Ear- Little Bulky and Aluminium design, sound is good which makes up for the crap mic. Noise cancellation gives you a weird effect in the wind.. like someone is blowing in your ear which was.....odd.

Audio-Technica ATH-M50x and Sennheiser 58x and both wired headphones, you can find a bluetooth adapter for the M50x that make it wireless and there is a wireless version around $175.

From my usage and opinion

Audio-Technica ATH-M50x
Bulky design but built really well
Bass- punchy bass that doesn't distort or overwhelm everything else
Mids- Overall Flat, clear and well-balanced. Vocals and Lead instruments come forward very well.
Treble- well-balanced but things like Female vocals, leads guitar and cymbals can be a bit under emphasized
Sound Stage- Meh but that is what you expect from Closed back Studio
Imaging and Total Harmonic Distortion- Consistent and Accurate
Isolation- Okay, you will get bleeding from outside sources fairly easy, lack any kind of Noise isolation but it's not extremely terrible.

Sennheiser 58x
Not as Bulky but feels more cheaply made and the Plugs style used worries me, it's a two prong thing that looks easy to break.
Bass- Punchy and doesn't overwhelm the mids overall very good.
Mids- Not as forward as 6XX series but still very good
Highs- Overall good
Sound Stage- Massive as per open back designs
Imaging and Total Harmonic Distortion- Consistent and Accurate
Isolation- Poor, Velour pads just make it worse. More for indoor use.

The 58x was overall better in sound quality than the M50X if your in a quiet environment but I found them nearly unusable in a noisy area.

As for wireless it's hard to really say what is better unless you know your preferences nobody is going to have the same tastes.
IN-EAR- I generally don't like it but it's the only thing I can tolerate when working out.
Closed- Lower sound Stage and weak Bass generally but much better Noise Isolation.
Open Back- Poor Noise isolation but better immersion.
On Ear- fine for people that don't have to rely on Glasses
Over Ear- Generally Bulky by design but I find more comfortable.

To rank these in the terms of just Sound quality? You could end up reranking these many ways when you start to add in personal preferences, build Quality and Noise isolation.

1. Bose SoundLink
2. Plantronics Wireless Backbeat (Pro 2)/Bose SoundSport Wireless /
3. V-MODA Crossfade/BOHM B76
4. AKG N60NC/Jabra REVO
5. Sennheiser HD 4.50
6. Sennheiser HD 4.40

ok we are almost there . so my preference is:-
1.) sound clarity / audio quality
2.) portability.build (should look ok not that bulky)
thats it.
now can you give the final list . just 2 items maybe 3

-noise cancellation + sound quality is topmost priority

You want active noise cancellation? Because I see some closed backs posted but nothing with active noise cancellation.

The Bose QC 35 and Sony WH1000XM2 are really the only 2 choices if sound quality is needed with noise cancellation.
