Solved! Better 4k tv

Solution
no!
Any TVS on the class of MU7000 from any brand are a bit hard to upgrade. If your goal is the UJ600 series or similar, I would say, forget it.
If you want to upgrade, you have to go for things at least like Samsung Q7FN, Sony XF900 or any good OLED.
For your next TV aim either for OLED or good TVs with full-array local dimming!

Before you buy anything:

How much is your budget anyway?
If you are on really tight budget, can you find TCL or Vizio TVs?

If you can go higher I would look at (adjust to your budget):
Sony XF850 and XF900. <---Android
Samsung MU8000, Q7FN, Q8FN, Q9FN <---Tyzen
Panasonic FXW784 or any of the OLEDs <--- some rebranded FirefoxOS
LG B7D <---WebOS (LG is something special, the OLEDs from LG is more reasonable in price, for LG I prefer to go directly for the OLEDs)

My budget is max i would say 500-600 euro but i can get my hands on a second hand Samsung 55MU7000 for 120 euro more (650 euro the LG is 530 euro)than a new LG 55UJ635 i also live in the Netherlands so good Tcl tv's aren't really getable in my country. What i want to do with the tv is connecting my ps4 pro too it and my xbox one x and my switch and sometimes my pc with a gtx 1080ti graphics card, oh and i also want to watch all of my anime on it.

In Germany, we can already find TCL TVs quite easy.
Even big store chains like Mediamarkt and Amazon has them.
The main reason why I mentioned TCL or Vizio is that for up to €700, you can not really find anything better.
https://www.amazon.de/stores/page/66BB0B28-A4E7-41B3-A0B2-BF7033FE6805?store_ref=HSA_AC25X9M6T2YRW25&pf_rd_m=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&pf_rd_p=bd912fe7-999c-4d56-b48c-d5e555da8c46&pf_rd_s=desktop-sx-top-slot&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=TCL&hsa_cr_id=5157070210002&lp_slot=auto-sparkle-hsa-tetris&lp_asins=B07B2T8MG8,B077H5YZ51,B0773M685W&lp_mat_key=tcl&lp_query=TCL&sb-ci-n=headline&sb-ci-v=Entdecken%2520Sie%2520unsere%2520Curved%2520und%2520Qled%2520Fernseher

If you really can not find TCL, either one 55MU7000 or 55UJ635 will do too.
I would stay away from used TVs tho'., if possible.

BTW, you can order from any amazon (.it, .fr,.es,.de, etc.) inside EU with ease. I did that quite often.
Just pay attention on the delivery options.
No extra custom or tax is necessary for items inside EU, only shipping cost.

If you are unsure about ordering from outside Netherland for things which is not available in there, it is also fine.
Look at mediamarkt.nl and that coolblue.nl...or any shops you know for Netherland and only order available items.
