Is nvidia geforce 4GB DDR3 950GTX better or nvidia geforce 2GB DDR5 960GTX BETTER? Which one have the better performance?

Definitely the GTX 960. Faster clock speed, and about 20% faster in games.

VRAM doesn't matter too much unless you are playing at high resolutions or using massive textures. You'll probably only be playing 1080p so 4gb frame buffer doesn't matter too much.
