Bigpond network security key

I am installing a new laptop & am required to enter the bigpond security key. What is it?

Is this your wireless from the Bigpond ISP? If so, put YOUR security key in. If it's not yours, you shouldn't be using it.

Should be on the bottom of the Bigpond modem. If not, call telstra and ask them.

Should be on a white label, and it should say the SSID and the WPA or WEP key. Try both of them.
