BIOS date and time

Is it Ok if I reset the date and time through BIOS every time I switch on my Laptop. will it affect my laptop

It will not harm your system to do so, if that is your concern.

Keep in mind that Windows will try to automatically update the time/date when it connects to the network.

If your system is not keeping time properly, you may need to change the motherboard battery.

Why are you changing the time so often?
