Bios help boot manager order

i have an acer laptop Aspire A315-31. Something happened with my hhd and now i took it and got a new one. The problem i had with the old hds is that it said no bootable device and it does a noise when i start it. ive got windows 7 installed on a usb and im trying to put it in the computer, ive tries going to bios and changing the boot order yet its not there. i dont see the option to put it in legacy and alot of the options i see in videos on how to fix it arent there. i see InsydeH20 on the top. Can someone please help me here, its less than a month old.

Laptop software should come from the Laptop manufacturer. I don't believe Windows 7 will work with the Celeron N3350.
