BIOS options for Lenovo W540

I have Lenovo W540 ThinkPad laptop with windows 7 Ultimate . I am getting blue screen showing me message disable BIOS options Cache and Shadowing. How can I disable it.
Please advise if some one resolve it or know about this error.
