G Guest Guest Sep 12, 2010 #2 Personally, I'd write her stating that you are about to sue her for the cost of a new laptop and the software on it, so cough up the password or else. Alternatively, contact Toshiba, explain the situation and be prepared to produce proof of ownership. Upvote 0 Downvote
