Now I've looked around the net and everywhere the person who asked this gets told "it's a waste of time" I know that but I would like to see if I could try it. Can someone please tell me an app that does it or give me a tutorial on how to make an app that does it on an app like appcraft.

Show us the processing power of an iPad Air running 24/7 vs Bitcoin mining, and how much you would actually 'make'.

Can you make an iPad app to run the Bitcoin mining scenario? Sure, as a mental exercise or coding project.
Can you make money doing it? Not a chance.

Yeah....now THAT is a good idea. Steal customers processing power to divert cycles to your benefit.

Any app that tried to do that on one of my devices would be deleted with extreme prejudice. And the author/publisher/developer would be loudly outed as 'not good'.

What you are proposing is no better than a trojan or other malware.
Don't do that. Seriously.
