Black screen after repair

Hello everybody my laptop is stuck on a black screen after I took it apart i have tried a couple of things to fix it but nothing happened do you have anything that could fix it?

Hi, what do you have with an external monitor? Check the connector for the screen and what is the make and model of your laptop.

I don't have a external monitor or a hdmi or anything like that but I did the take out ac adapter and battery and then I plugged one it at a time so without the battery the screen stays black but power button works and with battery as we'll it stays black and power button doesn't work


Also it is a acer aspire 5560

Disassemble your laptop again, look if every connections are alright. Why did you disassemble the laptop in the first place?

I checked all the connections and I took it apart and the same problem happens
Also I took it apart because it was overheating and the fans and thermal paste I fixed up.

Btw if I take the hardrive and battery it comes on but with a black

Becuase the power button works when hardrive and battery are out and it makes startup noise but stuck on black screen

Ok, if your laptop start up like you said, you can go to the BIOS, the startup noise is the fan you hear. The power button is just a step to power up the laptop. You have more steps after for the laptop to boot. So I don't think the problem is the black screen, your laptop doesn't boot at all.

Dam it nothing is turning it on anymore the power isn't working....
