Black screen when opening laptop..nothing working

Hello..
yesterday when i opened my laptop i had a problem ..its an hp pavilion dv6-2040ev
the screen wasnt turning on...i mean it didnt have any light...only black...i tried turning on caps lock and num lock but they were only off...i tried to switch off the touchpad but it was only on...the sound and wifi/bluetooth buttons were only orange..i tried to switch off...remove AC and battery and press the power button for 30s/1min/2min but there was no result..i took a VGA cable and i connected it to my samsung tv as i dont have any monitor accessable...and when i switched the display to pc it had also black screen..( i saw that and without the pc plugged in at the tv when switched to pc it shows tge same black screen too)
also tried to switch the two rams but still no result
Any possible solution??

Hi,

Most likely that your motherboard is fried. But try powering it on without the battery and see if that makes any difference. Also try this link from HP support page for more possible troubleshooting steps but it's pointing more on replacing the motherboard.
