Black Screen

Hello, I have an Acer 7551-2531. Everything ws working fine untill one day when I powered it on, I heard the fan working, HDD made a sound but the screen was just solid black. Is there a solution to this and can someone help with the steps please. 🙁 Thank you

Try with an external monitor to see if windows will load.

Thank you. I tried it with my friends desktop monitor but just the same, there was nothing on the screen. Do you have another idea?
