Step 1: Choose Recover from Phone Module

After opening this software, you can see its main interface as follows. There are two recovery modules in this interface. Now, you need to click on Recover from Phone module to continue.

Step 2: Connect Your Phone to Your Computer

This software will show you a piece of blue information as “Please connect your Android device to PC via USB”. Just do it, and then the software will begin to analyze the Android device automatically.

Step 3: Choose a Scan Method to Scan Your Android Device

Then, you will see the following Device Ready to Scan interface. There are two scan methods in this interface. Which scan method should you choose to use? You can see the following introduction:

1. Quick Scan method is designed to only recover your text data on your Android device, such as contacts, short messages and call records.

If you choose this scan method, Contacts, Messages, Call History, and WhatsApp messages & attachments will be checked by default, and you can uncheck these data types according to your needs. In addition, this scan method will not cost you a long time.

2. Deep Scan method can scan the entire Android device and recover more files from your Android device, such as photos, videos, documents, and more.

If you choose this scan method, all the data types will be checked in this interface by default. And you are unable to uncheck the data type you don’t want to recover. Besides, this scan method will cost you a long time to finish the scanning process.

You can choose a suitable scan method according to your actual need. Here, we take Deep Scan method as an example. After that, please click on Next button to continue.

Step 4: Choose the Files You Want to Recover from the Result Interface

When the scanning process is finished, you will enter the scanning result interface as follows. You can see that this software can detect the deleted files with their names in orange and the existing files with their names in black.

Here, you can choose the data type from the left list and check the data you want to recover. Moreover, you can enter the file name into the Search bar to find the target data directly.

Step 5: Choose a Location on Your Computer to Save These Files

After checking the files you want to recover, you need to click on the Recover button in the lower right corner.

Then, there will be a pop-out window with a default storage path. You can click on Recover button to save these files to this path directly. Or you can click on Browse button and choose another path from the pop-out interface to save these files.
