Blinking orange LED

Replaced battery on my ASUS X200M notebook but the LED light is blinking. Battery does charge....

It will not default for recycling notebook.

I am sorry but I don't know what you mean by default for recycling notebook.

Is it not starting up? Giving you a black screen but lights? Stuck on the logo? Stuck at BIOS? What?

with any laptop make sure the ac brick is fine and outputting the right voltage. to low and the battery wont charge. to high and it can burn out parts on the laptop mb. if it not the brick make sure the power pin not missing the rubber to keep it from shorting out or that the soldier joint is broken and it moving. if the power plug is fine then you may want to send your laptop to a 3 party shop see if there any corrosion or bad part on the mb that has failed that would keep a new battery from charging.
