Blu android phone cannot hear dial tone or other party

Hi I have a new android phone. When I make calls I cannot hear a dial tone or the other person on the line. They can hear me, and I can hear other sounds from the phone (eg ringtone) fine.

When you bought it did you check it? Try to reset it, if it doesn't works, seems to be a faulty device. Return it as it should be in warranty because its new.
