blue screen problem

hey i am using hp laptop hp probbok i5 450 g3 and i am facing a problem when the window starts loading blue screen appear and

and? does blue screen give an error code?

Is this windows 10 as I see laptop can run it?
If so, on another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - its just a handy boot disc

see if we can get into safe mode:
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

check in device manager and see if any unknown devices or warning signs

Sometimes just going to safe mode can fix things but it depends on what blue screen you getting

bro i do that but when i am going to recover window 10 it starts loading and again blue svreen appear and the error written (your pc ran into problem it needs restart) i try all option nothing work what can i do
