What do I need to connect my 49inch non Bluetooth LG TV to my Bluetooth headphones

Get a bluetooth transmitter with an input to match the audio output connection of the TV. If you can't find one that matches you will also need to convert the TV audio out to one that is compatible. Check the TV manual. It will also tell you how to configure the audio output if needed.
