Bluetooth Dongle for USB use on TV

I don't have cable TV but have access to watch online. My TV is NOT Bluetooth or wireless ready.

Can I use a Bluetooth dongle in the TV's USB port to watch TV via the Bluetooth I have on my cell or tablet?

My son mentioned something about being able to buy a "black box" of sort to attach to the TV, then I might be able to.

Heard anything similiar? Or does it even exist?
