Bluetooth from w7 computer

How do you get the android tablet kitkat to get bluetooth
ability from a W7 computer? Do I need to embed bluetooth
in my W7 comp? and if so how to do that.I haven't activated Bluetooth on the tablet yet.

Not sure what you mean here, you may be wording something wrong. Are you trying to connect the tablet to the PC with bluetooth? Ofcourse your PC will need a bluetooth connection on it, does not have to be embedded though, there are many USB bluetooth modules you can buy.
