bluetooth not working in my windows 10

Bluetooth not functioning on my windows 10 hp pavilion 11 X 360 pc

Do you mean bluetooth was working with the original OS (presumably win 8.1) but does not following the upgrade to win10?

Or do you mean it has always worked fine in win10 and has suddenly stopped working?

bluetooth was working properly before but has now suddenly stopped working. infact it has not even got installed after the last update.
