Bluetooth not working

i bought acer aspire V5-571 i downloaded all of the drivers i can use wireless and everything but cant use bluetooth can anybody help????

Try turning the wireless off and back on, which will also cycle the bluetooth, using Fn + F3.

Which version of Windows are you using, 7 or 8? If 8 and your bluetooth hardware is active, try going to Start and type bluetooth, then select settings and add a bluetooth device. That will look for the bluetooth device and start it working.

no i tried turning off and on didnt work i have win7

Insure that wireless is enabled in your bios and that your wireless power options are set for maximum performance.

With the adapter turned on take a look in the device manager and insure that the adapter shows up and says that the drivers are working.
