bluetooth speaker help

i have a windows 7 laptop with a working bluetooth dongal but my laptop wont find my bluetooth speaker any help appreciated

What exactly do you mean bluetooth dongle? Bluetooth speakers dont usually rely on dongles. Follow the steps below

click on the Start Button>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound> And just under the Devices and printer button youll see "Add Bluetooth Device", now click on that.

Make sure your bluetooth speaker is ready to be connected, Hope this helps!
