bluetooth usb speakers

how do i connect my sylvania bluetooth speaker and my logitech x 540 usb at the same time to my pc

I've tried this and failed every time. Even when I used more than one USB Bluetooth device, the music would never synchronise. I use a Bluetooth speaker to play music in my car but I can't have that on and expect another receiver to announce a phone call.
