Bluetooth

Hello,
I have an Iphone 3G and on my HP Omni100 PC I can not find the bluetooth (it will pick up other devices). I also know that my bluetooth on the Iphone works because I can connect it to my car.
What am I doing wrong?

frida, my iphone´s Os is 4.2.1(8C148) and I am using windows7 on my PC, does this help?
