Question booting

i have a problem with my laptop,as soon as i get my battery or charger connected indipendent of each or second when battery is plugged in it starts up without pressing the power button
should i worry? secondly my fan keeps on when i shutdown the laptop

Well my friend,
You should worry because probably something is wrong with your power button. If you mean an external fan is still running after shutdown probably it is because you got it into a wake usb or something so... On the other hand if you relate to your laptop fan I think it is just because fan is the last thing in the laptop shutdowns.

i tried the power setting buttons things it still not responding,could it mean i but another fan?
