Bought used toshiba satalite laptop and want to clean out previous owners stuff, what do I do?

Is there a way to delete all previous owners stuff on my newly used purchased toshiba satalite?

Either reinstall OS on your laptop or go into disk management and format each drive individually other than your OS drive.
