brand new Msi gt70 problem

Hello , i have the msi gt70 20d.
i have it 1 day now and the problem is there is no hdd ? only the 240gb ssd.
even when i go into bios and go to sata information there is no hdd there only the ssd.
so is this a manufacturer error or am i doing something wrong ?

That's interesting ... It might not be detecting your HDD or it might not even be there at all! I suggest emailing the manufacturer if you didn't have it custom configured.
