Hello! I've had this laptop for about 3 years now with no problems. It's meant to be a gaming laptop and used to run WoW and Diablo 3 with no issues. Within the last few months it started not turning on. We wiped the whole thing and started up like it was new, we installed Norton, bought an external the whole nine yards. Anyway everything's been fine until yesterday when we tried to play a game on it for the first time. I installed Sims 4 and when I clicked play I suddenly got blue screened. The screen says it's a problem with the graphics card. My computer said I have the latest update for it installed but I thought I'd try it anyway. I went to Nvidia's site, downloaded the latest driver and most of the way through the driver failed to install. After that our computer and Nvidia's site couldn't register that we had any graphics card at all. We restarted the computer then only to have it not start once again. Finally after sitting here for about 40 minutes it randomly started again and magically seemed to Nvidia back but with all the same issues as before. I tried to run Uninstall Drivers as recommended above but Norton quarantined it as a harmful program and I am at a loss.:pfff:

Because its not the drivers.....this is a definite sign that your gpu or motherboard is dying from overheating during long periods of gaming. I had a laptop that did that and shortly died.

It is a sign telling you to buy a new computer.
