Budget laptop suggestion !!

Hello guys, i am looking to buy a laptop! I could use some help since i have lost contact with new technologies..

The use of the laptop will be:

• 
  Multimedia PC duties - Connect to 40" TV for HD movies
  Code writing
  Games (dota2, call of duty 4)

Ι would like it to be as thin and light as possible with 14 - 15 inches screen.

I first thought of Dell-Inspiron 15. Will i be ok with Intel HD 4000 graphics ?

I also considered Acer Aspire s3, buty i have heared some negative things about acers.

Budget is about 450Euro

i5 with HD 4000 is OK enough if u don't play these games in high maybe max settings.

But since u'r using it for code writing, remember not to buy a i3/i5-3xxxU low voltage CPU 'cause these U-version CPU will limit your performance. Better get a laptop with i3-3120m/i5-3210m/i5-3240m or better CPUs (the CPU's models should be end with M instead of U/Y)

Yes you are right, but most light and thin laptops use U

I am sorry but u could only choose from light weight or performance. U-type CPU is designed for light weight. For programming, u may need quite a lot of CPU resource. If u insist in light weight, at least choose a i5-3xxxU CPU, i3-3xxxU CPU has too low freq for ya. Otherwise u choose i3-3120m/i5-3210m or above. Usually u would go for 13" or 14" if u choose standard laptop. It's not that heavy as u imagine though
