Budget laptop under rs25000

I need a budget laptop under rs25000 mainly for business related work.
My needs are very basic. It should operate Ms office, Pos software, music, videos etc.
There is no need of any kind of dedicated graphics card. I am highly confused between all these different laptops and brands available in the market.

Look at Asus Laptops on Amazon.in
My two friends have got it and are absolutely happy with it.
Runs cool, offers better value, comes with 2 years warranty.

Prefer i3 5th Gen + 4GB RAM at least.
A low end GPU addition won't really do good to that config.

I was also thinking about asus.
Even i don't want gpu on my laptop.
Do you have any particular model on mind.
