Budget PC Speakers

I'm looking for a budget set of PC speakers BUT I am still looking for quality. I'd like to keep it around $100 or less. I love a great sound just as much as the next guy but this is what I have budget wise for speakers.

What's the best budget speakers?

Logitech Z-2300, I think its just out of your price range with shipping, but they are awesome speakers!
