Buggy (90% black pixels) facebook videos.

Could anyone tell me what is causing this? Check the screenshots below:

Most of the time I just have to restart the video and it's fixed, then I see it correctly like this:

So far I have tried reinstalling windows, also upgrading to Windows 10 didn't solve it, my internet is not that fast but I had the same issue before when I had a steady 5-10mb download speed.
I put the most recent AMD drivers after every clean install, I have reinstalled Flash aswell, I have been struggling with this for a long time and I have put up with it till now but it is irritating so I'm looking for help.

i had this problem too and fixed it eventually.
I'm going to assume you're using chrome seeing as most people with this problem have chrome.
you're going to want to open chrome
type chrome://flags/ into the url
find: Disable hardware-accelerated video decode.
once you have located the option you want to make sure that the option is enabled.
if you complete that correctly the problem should be solved.
