Building an HTPC. Suggestions

Its a low budget HTPC im building to connect to a LG 32" LCD 1080FullHD and it will be used mainly for web browsing and watching online videos and downloaded videos.

Coming from an owner of an Asus E350 HTPC, you'd be better off getting a Celeron G1610 and a cheap 1155 ITX board for just a little bit more money. The E350 is a real slug from my experience, even with an SSD.

vs.

Intel Celeron G1610 $49.99
ASRock H61MV-ITX $54.99
Total = $105

If you can stretch the budget a little more, maybe you can consider a FM2+ A4 setup.
