Hi,

I'm looking for a new laptop, and I can't seem to find the right one at the minute in Ireland or the UK.

I checked out HPs website and they allow you to configure the laptop to exactly how you want it. My configurations are set out below.

My question is, from looking at the configurations below, will I have any problems using this laptop in Ireland/UK?

Can you think of any other issues that may arise? Such as voltage, etc.

I'm aware the keyboard will be different, and the plug will be different too. But is there any threat posed to the laptop battery by using a UK charger if I were to buy one seperate?

Thanks for any help at all!

They will be identical apart from keyboard and language settings will be American layout and have $ as default

The charger will also be of US plug and may or may not support 230v

If you can find a UK model charger it will work fine however
