buying a laptop

i want to get a laptop that can run csgo/dioblo3 at 50+ fps and anyone help me i dont know much about laptops and what cpu and gpu are good, i want to spend a maximum of 400 dollars

This is the best I could find at that price point. Its equipped with an a10-7300 and 8gbs of ram which is a lot of bang for your buck. The r6 graphics easily handle the games you listed and is great for casual gaming.
