Buying a new gaming laptop

So I was recently looking for a gaming laptop and I liked the MSI GT70 2PC Dominator and the Razer Blade 14" (2014 version).The MSI has better specs but it's very heavy. Can anyone tell me which one to buy? I want to play Assasin's Creed Unity at high settings, but I don't know if I am going to play at high settings.

It says I am able to play the game but it doesn't tell me the fps.Can anyone help?

If it meets the minimum specs in the Game Deabte link it should play tghe ghame. Does it meet the minimum specs for CPU, RAM and GPU?
