Buying a New Laptop - Can it Play GTA V?

Hello,

I'm purchasing a new laptop to do schoolwork, process photos, and play a few games here and there - especially GTA V. Which laptops would you recommend purchasing? Please provide recommendations for laptops that will play GTA V with the lowest settings and laptops that will play GTA V with the highest settings.
