Buying a new Smartphone

Hi! So I'm planning to buy a new phone coz my phone sucks now 🙁

My budget for a phone is $360.

PS Any Internet Shop can do. 😀

And I want a phone that has the best features and specs.

$360 unlocked with no contract? New or used? What service provider? You need to pick something based on the service you will be using, not every phone will work everywhere.

Nexus 5 is also available for around your price (by LG).

There are tons of phones on ebay, although I'd avoid anything coming from China as it could be a knockoff of a known phone that actually does not work properly or will break in days.
