Buying PC desktop for wife's EverQuest2 gaming

The one I'm considering is a $540 HP from HHGregg; it has a 1TB SATA (7200 RPM) hard drive, 8GB DDR3 system memory, 3MB cache memory, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and Intel Core i3-4130 processor.
Is EQ2 considered casual gaming and would this be able to handle the system requirements for it?
I don't know much about gaming or computers, but wanted to surprise her with the right computer for it by asking those that do.
