I lost access to a couple of email accounts associated with my Samsung account. (Never change phone numbers with 2 way verification) I have spent the last 7 months going round and round with Samsung tech support (useless). They have lied, sent on trips to Geek Squad and have offered to help with the only two centers in the United States, Odessa and Brooklyn, if I provided proof of purchase, unlock code from AT&T....for which I did. Now I'm told that the info was not received in time. I have since bought a s7edg and I'm stuck with a paperweight s6. I will never again support Samsung products in my home.
