is not xperia xa ultra better for call quality

I am moderately hearing impaired. then which is the suitable cell phone for me

thanks. perhaps there is no easy solution. yuu cannot ceck call quality in the stores as you can do it only when you call which perhaps needs a sim. anyhow thanks for your ideas.
