HOW CAN I CALL TO MY PC FROM MY CELL?

Depends on what you want to call to your PC for?

Do you need to get files off your PC to cell phone? Their is software that will allow this. A product called GoTo My PC works great for this.

If you are wanting to dial a number and use your PC as a answering machine, then your PC will need a modem device of some kind.

If you want to do Video chat. Skype is a great product for this.
