Solved! can a 250ohm headphones run on my onboard soundcard?

Hi Guys,
i have a question to ask

I have an (ASUS Prime Z490-A LGA 1200 (Intel 10th Gen) ATX Motherboard)
and i am planning to buy a (Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO 250ohm)

Would i need an external amp to get the full potential of the headphones ?

250 ohm, I would get an amp.

FX-Audio DAC6 is a good cheaper one that is about all the quality you would need.
