can all laptops (such as dell,toshiba,asus,alienware) with dedicated graphics be upgraded

You have to check on a case-by-case basis. 90% of the time, however, even on "high-end" laptops, don't expect to be able to upgrade the CPU or GPU...& not without a) paying someone to take the laptop apart & put it back together for you, or b) having to send it to the manufacturer for the upgrade. Most of the DIY stuff is going to be limited to adding/replacing RAM, swapping HDDs/SSDs, & maybe swapping out CD/DVD/BR drive units.
