can an AUX in generate video too if we get the convertor?

AUX in on what? What converter? What do you have, what are you trying to do and with what connections and cables?

An aux input would be audio only (2 RCA jacks or 1 3.5mm mini plug) and can't be converted to anything else.
If you need to expand the number of AV inputs you would buy an AV input selector.
