Hi, I'm buying a new laptop but I don't want to go over $500. So I'm wondering if any of these laptops could do the job and run Guild Wars 2.

HP Pavilion G7-2323dx

HP Pavilion G6-2320DX

Toshiba Satellite Notebook C875D-S7330

if not, could you suggest a laptop that could run it in my price range or a little over?

thanks for your help

Do not get mixed up with intergrated graphics and apu to mixed up

heres why

apu is better in terms of intergrated graphics for 1 its basicly a graphics card and a cpu put into one chip

example hd family graphics 3000 or 4000 will have a hard time against the apu a8 and a10 due to the graphics chip is much better and not so much a cheap imitation of a graphics card.

also some manufacturers do not solder the cpu to the board this means you could get a a10 chip and upgrade your graphics as well.

If you can wait till feburary or march do it though as they will be releasing kaveri apu laptops with gcn graphics ( they currently use the a diffrent graphics chip which was used in there 6000 series graphic desktop cards gcn is 7000 series) this will make gaming much easier on a laptop

guild wars 2 would run fine on the a8 but i wouldnt get that one its trinity

get the boosted version of richland

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Lenovo-Black-15.6-G505s-Laptop-PC-with-AMD-A8-5550M-Quad-Core-Processor-4GB-Memory-500GB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8/30253240

to get the max performance out of the a8 apu laptops change dedicated memory to 2gb later from the ram

its cheaper to add another stick of ram 2gb to get a max of 6gb of ram after you get it check what

latency and speed and voltage it is

it should be 1600mhz
and probly a latency of 11
and 1.5v
