Can Dell Inspiron 3543 b upgraded ?

Hello guys, I'm having a Dell Inspiron 3543 with Intel Core i5 5200U inside plus 1TB HDD, 8GB RAM DDR3. The problem is the Graphic Card is Intel HD Graphics 5500. I want to upgrade to NVDIA GTX 750M or 980M if I can, is it possible ?
