Can dell vostro 3458 run GTA V at low graphics.......?

im planning to buy this laptop dell vostro 3458

and its specs are

1.7GHz Intel Core i3 4th generation processor
4GB DDR3 RAM
500GB SATA 5400 RPM hard disk
35.5cm/14-inch LED Backlit Display with Anti Glare and HD resolution (1366 x 768)
2 GB Nvidia GT 820M



if not GTA v what other cool games can it run

It will "run" the game, but it may not be very playable even on low settings. GTA 4 should be OK though. I think both Fallout 4 and Far Cry 4 have higher requirements than GTA V or pretty equal, so I would not expect them to run well. RAM may be limiting also, these games work better on 8 GB.

If you have the thought of playing games on the laptop, you want one with a 960m video card, 940m at least and even then a 940m will be marginal at anything past low settings. Or forget games, and get a general use one if you have a lower budget for a laptop.
